Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or medical industry, with a proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong understanding of the dental industry and the unique challenges and opportunities facing orthodontic practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and a willingness to learn and master orthobrain’s proprietary software and tools.
  • Upbeat, enthusiastic, and self-motivated personality with a genuine passion for sales, customer satisfaction, and driving the adoption of innovative technologies.
  • High level of adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes, staying up-to-date with orthobrain’s evolving offerings and industry trends.
  • Availability to work during standard business hours in the United States, with occasional travel to attend industry events or visit key clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in the dental industry or for a US-based dental technology company is a plus.

  • Competitive base salary (range: $700 – $1,000 USD per month)
