Sales Representative for Blank Collection | Onsite Jhb (R5000 p/m) x2

Job Overview:
We are hiring two enthusiastic and driven Sales Representatives for our Blank Store at Menlyn. The ideal candidates will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, managing store inventory, driving sales, and maintaining the store’s overall appearance. You will engage with customers, generate leads, and contribute to the store’s promotional efforts, ensuring a welcoming and vibrant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a positive, customer-centric attitude, ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs, suggesting products, and cross-selling where appropriate.
• Perform daily stock-taking duties, ensuring inventory levels are accurate and communicating shortages to management.
• Assist with unpacking, organizing, and neatly packing stock, including steaming clothing items for display.
• Contribute to lead generation by engaging with customers, building rapport, and capturing contact information for future follow-ups.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing by maintaining product displays and ensuring a clutter-free environment.
• Participate in store marketing initiatives, hyping up promotions, in-store events, and other campaigns to drive foot traffic.
• Help process payments and handle cash register transactions accurately, following all POS procedures.
• Provide after-sales support, including resolving minor customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Assist in receiving and checking incoming stock deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
• Proactively promote store loyalty programs, special offers, and upcoming sales to customers.
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to create a positive work environment and achieve store goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with stock management and displays.
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering a memorable shopping experience.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma in Retail Management or Sales Field
• Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is an advantage.
• Strong ability to drive sales and meet targets.
