Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $30,000 USD per year
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $59,000 USD per year, including:
  • Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $10,000 USD annually
  • Annual Bonuses: Up to $10,000 USD annually
  • Sales Commissions: $9,000 USD annually based on sales targets

Overview:

As our Lead Conversion Services (LCS) Manager, you’ll be the linchpin in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your leadership and strategic prowess will shine. You’ll not only enhance the quality of our team’s conversations but also actively engage with current marketing clients to drive new LCS business. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Cultivate Excellence: Build and nurture strong relationships between Reservation Specialists and clients.
  • Set the Bar High: Develop ambitious team goals and an enticing reward system to motivate and drive stellar performance.
  • Foster Collaboration: Manage relationships within the team to ensure a supportive and dynamic work environment.
  • Orchestrate Success: Oversee the seamless onboarding of new clients, equipping your team with all the necessary tools for success.

Performance Tracking and Improvement:

  • Measure and Conquer: Consistently track daily and weekly results, creating actionable plans for continuous improvement.
  • Audit and Coach: Conduct regular audits of calls and messages, providing coaching to enhance conversation quality and conversion rates.
  • Innovate Relentlessly: Drive continuous improvement in our systems and processes, tracking and reporting on advancements.
  • Lead with Data: Report on team performance and key metrics to the leadership team, ensuring accountability and transparency.

Client Relations and Sales:

  • Communicate Strategically: Maintain regular communication with Marketing Consultants about LCS account performance, collaborating on action plans for improvement.
  • Expand the Horizon: Reach out to current marketing clients to sell additional LCS services, driving growth and expanding our impact.
  • Educate and Align: Create and distribute training materials for clients, setting clear expectations and fostering successful partnerships.

Hiring and Training:

  • Build a Dream Team: Manage interviewing, hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are well-prepared and effective in their roles.
