Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is pivotal in using LinkedIn and email outreach to source and onboard high-performing SDRs onto our client’s platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong local network in South Africa, exceptional communication skills, and prior experience in the SaaS industry to effectively pitch our value proposition.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage LinkedIn and email campaigns to identify and engage potential SDR candidates.
  • Utilize a strong local network to source candidates who meet the client’s requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills and fit for the platform.
  • Ensure all SDRs understand the platforms value proposition and work towards onboarding a large volume of users 

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SDR or similar role, particularly within the SaaS sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate sourcing via LinkedIn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Prior experience in developing and executing LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
