Scope of the Role 

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to work independently.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage potential clients.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with prospective clients.
  • Craft personalized LinkedIn messages to initiate conversations.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and handle objections.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and meetings for the client.
  • Participate in weekly calls with the client to discuss progress, strategies, and any challenges.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback on outreach efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of success in email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
  • Above average to excellent communication and written skills; minor accent is acceptable.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a must.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • British speaking.
