JOB PURPOSE

The Sales Coordinator role will provide essential support to the BLD Formal Regional sales team, ensuring smooth regional operations and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Support

  • Provide administrative support to the BLD Formal Regional sales teams, including managing phone calls, responding to enquiries, and scheduling appointments.

Lead Management

  • Assist in managing leads through the sales pipeline, including lead qualification, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Order Processing

  • Process sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.

Sales Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, such as quotes, proposals, contracts, and invoices.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to support sales initiatives and projects at a regional level.

Administration

  • Produce, update and provide best practice support on MS documents, databases and other systems to support the work of more senior colleagues. 
  • Tasks could include purchasing materials, entering budgetary information, time and expense recording, warehouse and stock control, and similar such activities as required by the Regional General Manager.

Requirements

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • 1 – 2 years of proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills and attention to detail.
