LinkedIn requires a vast amount of time and energy to visit profiles, invite to connect, run searches, manage the messages, see who visited your profile, connect with them and much, much more. This Company helps to manage the LinkedIn profile of one of the executive management members (Founder or Business Development Manager) and engage with relevant people that fit the ideal customer of the company. The idea is to position said founder or executive as a thought leader in the industry by advising on the type of content they should be sharing, and then managing prospect engagement.

Responsibilities

You will need to be extremely proactive in pursuing new opportunities and strategic in your thinking and approach. As the PRM you’ll frequently liaise with the likes of the Sales Director / COO, so commercial awareness and good business sense are essential. Tech savviness is a must, and being comfortable to experiment with new technology.

SDR has three primary responsibilities:

  • Researching and Identifying new prospects
  • Building authentic relationships with prospects
  • Manually nurturing prospects until they are ready to be passed onto sales

When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:

  • Researching organizations and individuals online
  • Identify and qualify potential clients by understanding their business needs and pain points
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and nurture them through the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies
  • Utilize the CRM (Hubspot) and other sales tools (Linkedin Sales Navigator) to track and manage prospecting efforts and pipeline progress
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide insights and feedback on the effectiveness of sales strategies
  • Key Account Management
  • Reporting

The ideal candidate

Those considering the role will need:

  • Experience in a account management, customer service, sales development / market research or outbound sales role
  • Highly experienced with Linkedin Sales Navigator
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting, lead generation or building relationships / communities online
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working with CRM and other sales tools, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
