About the job

Key responsibilities:

  • – Provide administrative support to management, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
  • – Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, offering a professional and friendly welcome.
  • – Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • – Maintain office supplies, organise files, and handle various clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • – Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • – Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, correspondence.
  • – Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries for staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • – Proven experience as a personal assistant, receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • – Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • – Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Notion, Slack etc) and phone systems.
  • – Professional and friendly demeanour with exceptional customer service skills.
  • – Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • – Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
  • – Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • – More than 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Must have own transport/access to own vehicle
