About the job
Key responsibilities:
- – Provide administrative support to management, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
- – Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, offering a professional and friendly welcome.
- – Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- – Maintain office supplies, organise files, and handle various clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- – Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- – Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, correspondence.
- – Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries for staff as needed.
Requirements:
- – Proven experience as a personal assistant, receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- – Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- – Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Notion, Slack etc) and phone systems.
- – Professional and friendly demeanour with exceptional customer service skills.
- – Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- – Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- – Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- – More than 2 years of experience in a related role.
- Must have own transport/access to own vehicle
