Duties and Responsibilities | Answer and redirect all incoming calls promptly in a friendly, polite and professional mannerEnsure that the reception area is always kept neat and tidyWelcome all guests upon arrival and contact their respective hostsCo-ordinate scheduled deliveries of the messengers/courier providers as requiredUpdate internal telephone directories and short codes as and when necessaryAssist with any other administrative or support function as required by the Regional Management teamDistribute post between head office and the Region (Durban& Isando)Relay messages to the respective employees if they are not availableCoordinate the courier services for all documents to be courieredAlways maintain internal and external customer relationsAlways Promote a positive image of the companyApply efficient time management in the workplace |
