Purpose of the Role
To provide an effective and efficient receptionist service to internal and external customers, to ensure the maximum positive brand exposure.  
Key Performance Areas
Front Desk Management: Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area, ensuring it is clean and organizedVisitor Coordination: Greet and assist guests upon arrival, directing them to the appropriate person or departmentPhone Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while taking messages when necessaryBoardroom Bookings: Manage board room bookings for respective boardroomsEmail Management: Handle incoming and outgoing email correspondence, ensuring timely responses to inquiriesData Entry: Maintain and update company records of incoming guestsAdministrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including preparing documents, filing, and organizing office suppliesCustomer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, addressing concerns or inquiries promptly and professionallyMail Distribution: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipientsAccess cards:  Manage allocation of access cards for the Boksburg officeResponsible for one-time vendorsResponsible for B-BBEE administrative duties when requiredResponsible for HR administration on the Sage system
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Minimum QualificationGrade 12
Minimum Experience2-3 Years’ experience in a similar role
