Who we are and what we are about

Since people will spend ±80 000 hours of their lives at work, we want to make sure that it is the best 80 000 hours of their lives! At LifeXchange Solutions, we specialise in transforming company cultures from big international corporations to small start-ups. We help businesses solve problems by getting everyone —from frontline workers to senior leadership— together involved in creating solutions that work for everyone.

We work across a range of industries like retail, agriculture, manufacturing, medical, and even trending disruptive businesses, so there’s always something exciting going on. With multiple clients on the go at once, there’s never a dull moment. Sometimes we wish and pray for dull momements! People often compare us to chillies—too spicy for some, exciting to others, but always bringing that extra flavour.
What’s the opportunity?

LifeXchange Solutions successfully completed a project with Pepsico, taking one of their plants from being the worst performing plant in South Africa to winning the plant of the year award! Now Pepsico wants more and want a proof of concept with 14 additional plants , hoping to role out to all 41 plants in South Africa! If this proves being successfull, there are 200 other countries with 300 000 employees in Pepsico world wide!! That said, quality of life to us is way more important than building empires, so we want to use the 14 sites POC project to build an internal specialist team for Pepsico that can help them change from the inside out. As as a small team we are have already reached capacity with 8 active projects running and need someone to make sure that everything is happening when it is suppose to be happening!
