Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator Intern to support our project team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Requirements

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication between team members and clients.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying potential risks and recommending solutions.
  • Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes, ensuring action items are followed up.
  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and budgets.
  • Support the project managers in managing project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals and reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
