We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator Intern to support our project team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Requirements
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication between team members and clients.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying potential risks and recommending solutions.
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes, ensuring action items are followed up.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and budgets.
- Support the project managers in managing project budgets and resource allocation.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in project coordination or a related role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
