**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with strong Excel and data collection skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with HR software, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working remotely. This role is crucial in supporting our Administrator in managing tasks efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Provide administrative support to the Administrator, including scheduling, email management, and communication with team members.
– Collect, organize, and analyze data using Excel; create reports and dashboards as needed.
– Utilize HR software to manage employee data, onboarding processes, and other HR-related tasks.
– Assist in coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
– Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
– Collaborate with team members across our various brands to ensure smooth operations.
– Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Administrator and the team.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and report generation.
– Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Indeed, Workday, etc.) is a plus.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Must own a personal computer with reliable internet access as the role is fully remote.
– Ability to work independently and take initiative.
