Key Responsibilities:

  • – Answer telephones and handle queries in an appropriate manner.
  • – Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • – Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning and filing
  • – Setup travel arrangements – Domestic & International (including and not limited to VISA’s applications, Flights, accommodation bookings, chauffer or public transport etc.)
  • – Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences (year-end functions, launch events).
  • – Letter writing, taking dictation, create transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • – Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems
  • – Sign for courier/delivery packages.

Requirements

  • Requires 5 years of experience as a PA, a valid driver’s license, excellent organizational and communication skills, and computer literacy. High School diploma required; PA certification preferred.
