Personal Assistant for SansPark | Onsite Kruger Park
A vacancy currently exists for an appropriately qualified and experienced person to provide professional administrative support to the General Manager: Savanna Research Unit in the Kruger National Park. The successful candidate will be expected to stay outside the park.

Requirements
- National Diploma and /or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management and /or related field.
- 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant at management level and exposed to generic administrative work.
- Must be computer literate: Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (e-mail).
- Must have strong business communication skills.
- Must have time management skills and be able to work under pressure.
- Must have a good understanding of office etiquette.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Project management and financial reporting skills
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the calendar, meetings, and logistical arrangements of the General Manager: Savanna Research Unit
- Assist with general support and logistical arrangements for the Savanna Research Unit.
- Manage the flow of information within the Savanna Research Unit and in cooperation with other divisions.
- Ensure proper liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and events relating to the Savanna Research Unit function.
- Ensure proper management of assets within the division.
- Ensure divisional compliance with the records management system.
- Compile professional reports, correspondence, business documents and minutes.
- Ensure confidentiality all the time.
- Coordinate the inter-departmental liaison and communications.
