About Us:
We’re a dynamic company in the liquor and food industry seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior management team.
Responsibilities:
- – Provide administrative support (scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements)
- – Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
- – Assist with marketing campaigns and event planning
- – Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences
- – Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- – Develop and implement administrative processes and systems
Requirements:
- – Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- – Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- – Marketing and social media qualifications (degree or diploma)
- – 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant
- – Liquor and food industry knowledge in South Africa
- – Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- – Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- – Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
Nice to Have:
- – Experience with event planning and coordination
- – Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools
- – Familiarity with CRM software
