About Us:

We’re a dynamic company in the liquor and food industry seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior management team.

Responsibilities:

  • – Provide administrative support (scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements)
  • – Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
  • – Assist with marketing campaigns and event planning
  • – Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences
  • – Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • – Develop and implement administrative processes and systems

Requirements:

  • – Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  • – Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • – Marketing and social media qualifications (degree or diploma)
  • – 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant
  • – Liquor and food industry knowledge in South Africa
  • – Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
  • – Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • – Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks

Nice to Have:

  • – Experience with event planning and coordination
  • – Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools
  • – Familiarity with CRM software
