Personal Assistant for Amrod | Onsite Jhb (Day Shift)
Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Ability to communicate in English (verbally and in writing)
- Above average computer literacy – Proficient in MS Office and outlook and Excel
- Flexible in terms of working hours (overtime and weekend work when required)

Brief Description of Key Performance AreaKey Performance Area
- Re-editing of updated SOP’s.
- Oversee training on updated SOP’s and facilitate signing off SOP.
- Submitting of all training records to Learning and Development on a weekly basis.
- Submitting of standing allowance accordingly.
- Submitting of overtime sheets to payroll.
- Assist with pay space queries.
- Review late coming reports monthly and forward relevant department manager problematic findings.
- Issuing of Staff PPE.
- Ensuring that production consumables and needs are ordered with Buyers.
- Coordinating movement and issuing of consumables for production.
- Ordering employee of the month hampers (including bags) well in advance and ensuring that certificates are signed and laminated.
- Assist staff who need to submit their leave/sick leave on pay space.
- Ensure that staff fills in the return-to-work interview form and submit to the respective department manager and HR.
- Arranging and scheduling meetings for the dayshift managers.
- Report unsafe act and/or working conditions and/or injury on duty to supervisor immediately or as soon as reasonably possible.
- Assist with staff related queries and issues and report to management.
- Complete and carry out administrative tasks effective and timeously.
- Ensure a daily stats handover via E-mail/WhatsApp and that all stats are accurate before sending to management.
- Submitting of SHE rep reports to SHEQ Officer prior to each monthly SHE rep meeting.
- Assist in other positions and/or departments as and when operationally required.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards.
