We are actively looking to hire a qualified candidate to help growth and improve customer success. The Customer Service Agent position is designed to help new and existing clients with producing seamless and professional customer service.

Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PT Customer Service Agent for our flower delivery client. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience and proficiency with AirCall, Slack, Web, etc. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our client’s customers, managing order changes and reschedules, and handling various forms of communication.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Software/platforms required: AirCall, Slack, Web, etc
  • Strong background in customer service. Good command of the English language, with a neutral accent. 

Responsibilities

  • First-level customer service for a flower delivery company, servicing NA. 
  • Customer service agent who handles order taking, product inquiry, payments, and refunds, among others. 

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with AirCall, Slack, Web, etc

Working conditions

  • Hours of Support: 8a-8p EST, Mon-Fri & 8a-5p EST, Sat-Sun
  • Please remember that the training duration is 8 hours.
  • Must have own devices (primary and secondary)
  • 8GB RAM and Core i3 above or equivalent processor (required)
  • Stable internet connection – 35 +mbps
  • Hardware and power – with backups in case of outages
  • Time-tracking tool is required to be installed
