Outbound Sales Representative for QuickTeam | onsite Sandton (3pm to 11pm) | R30000 p/m

Location: Lyndhurst (South Africa) with operating hours of 09h00 – 17h00 EST 

Salary: $1500 per month + Commission (up to $200 per closed deal + additional bonuses)

We are expanding our team and seeking a talented and motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join us remotely from South Africa. This role offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month, along with lucrative commission opportunities up to $200 per closed deal + performance-based bonuses! 

Position Overview:

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential customers, and closing deals that drive revenue growth for the company. We are a fast-growing recruitment agency and believe that in order to be the best, we have to find the best people. This is currently a remote position that will convert to an On-site/Hybrid position once we establish our Johannesburg office. You will be working according to the Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through proactive prospecting efforts and effective follow-up strategies.
  • Engage with leads to understand their needs, present our products/services, and effectively communicate the value proposition to drive sales conversions.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with potential customers, overcoming objections to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes, refine messaging, and share best practices for maximizing sales effectiveness.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports on sales performance and revenue projections.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Desired work hours are 3pm – 11pm SAST

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in outbound sales, preferably in a B2B, Outsourcing or Medical environment.
  • Perfect communication skills in English is a must! Both Verbal and Written.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively influence decision-making.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using digital tools for sales prospecting and communication.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
