Job Description

  • Role is to provide excellent customer service and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and speedily.

Main Focus Areas:

  • Excellent customer relations
  • Stock Control
  • Sales Administration

Typical Tasks:

  • Place Natal Depot orders at Brits factory for stock replenishment
  • Place stock order at Procurement for External RM warehouse
  • Reconcile weekly and monthly stock takes.
  • Investigate stock variances.
  • Ensure that oldest stock gets dispatched first.
  • Send weekly transport report to Logistics Manager.
  • Sending out of price letters to customers – premix and RM
  • Generate customer quotes.
  • Liaise with customers via phone and email.
  • Liaise with warehouse regarding dispatch of customer orders.
  • Book transport with service provider for delivery of stock
  • Receive manual note for warehouse.
  • Create sales order as per manual note.
  • Create delivery advice as per sales order.
  • Resolve all customer queries.
  • Ensure that invoice packs are stored correctly for auditors’ purposes.
