Operations Support Night Shift for Hubtek | Remote SA (Tuesday to Saturday) | R18 000 p/m

As an Operations Support, you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Track and trace loads and update their status in the systems (loadboards, portals and TMS), making sure the updates are accurate and on time and responding to inbound and outbound calls, SMS or email.
• Provide accurate information and updates regarding shipments, delivery schedules, and any related concerns.
• Coordinate efforts to locate and recover lost or delayed freight.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with LTL carriers.
• Respond to customer and carrier emails promptly and professionally.

Minimum requirements:

• Studies: High School Degree is required. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered.
• Experience: At least 6 months of experience working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations, or logistics.
• Language: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Perks:

• Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. SAST, following the American Calendar.During the first weeks (training period), the schedule will be Monday to Friday 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. SAST.
• Contract: Independent Contractor Agreement (with indefinite duration).
• Places: Only for Johannesburg. This position will be remote.
• Salary: $1000 USD per month (the payment will be made through an international transaction).
