How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will partner closely with the Boutique Manager and team to ensure the operations are adapted to the client experience both offline and online and ensure the logistic flow. Through your excellent organization skills, you guarantee the proper application of all boutique procedures from sales to finance and including security and safety of stock and paper-work based activities to support transaction and payments. You will be the main point of contact for the repair center and workshop and work closely with the customer service team, and support all boutique projects, opening and closing and promote new ideas to improve the flow of operations.

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients.You have a strong administration experience that allows you to lead the operational and administrative topics to enhance business performance & oversee all operational activities of the boutique, back office and admin. You have a minimum of 3 years experience in retail operations or stock operations – ideally in a luxury environment. You are results orientated, have excellent analytical skills and understand retail productivity levers.
