Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Airbnb channel, including all bookings and inquiries for multiple properties.
  • Communicate with guests via Airbnb messaging, phone, and email.
  • Coordinate check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless process for guests.
  • Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and update property availability on Airbnb.
  • Collaborate with property management to ensure all listings are up-to-date and well-maintained.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and enhance guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a booking agent, customer service representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Airbnb and other booking platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and local attractions.
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
