6. Learnership

  • As part of AFA commitment to upskilling youth and creating work ready candidates, the proposed candidate will be enrolled in a learnership relevant to the business and the industry.
  • The cost of the learnership course will be borne by AFA and the candidate will receive mentoring and study support to complete the learnership
  • The candidate will be required to commit to completing the course content within the specified time.  Study days will be allocated to support the learner.
  • Practical work experience will be provided during work days in the AFA offices to empart skills and create work ready skills.
