As part of AFA commitment to upskilling youth and creating work ready candidates, the proposed candidate will be enrolled in a learnership relevant to the business and the industry.
The cost of the learnership course will be borne by AFA and the candidate will receive mentoring and study support to complete the learnership
The candidate will be required to commit to completing the course content within the specified time. Study days will be allocated to support the learner.
Practical work experience will be provided during work days in the AFA offices to empart skills and create work ready skills.
