Job Description:

  • Inventory Management
  • Regular task closing to confirm billing
  • Create orders and completing them as per warehouse detail
  • Sending agreements based on sales information
  • Data auditing, such as updating customer information, cross-checking data, and cleaning up duplicate assets.
  • Documented information update on Netsuite
  • Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of Experience in BPO industry is preferred (Not Mandatory)
  • Graduate from any University
  • Excellent English: Verbal & Written
  • Tech Savvy
  • Good in Excel and G-suite Applications
  • Understand Email Etiquettes
  • Good Typing Speed
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
  • Must be able to adapt to new challenges & changes
