Job Description:
- Order administration
- Customer retention management
- Contractor management
- Advising customers on sectional title matters such as legal compliance, cash flow management, building maintenance, replacement values
- Responding to customer queries
- Reporting to team leader
What We Require:
- Experience in sectional title property management and/or building maintenance management.
- An honest and friendly team player who values collaboration.
- Basic accounting skills for handling financial aspects related to property management.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- A commitment to providing 5-star customer service.
- A willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.
- A high standard of work and attention to quality.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
