Job Description:

  • Order administration
  • Customer retention management
  • Contractor management
  • Advising customers on sectional title matters such as legal compliance, cash flow management, building maintenance, replacement values
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Reporting to team leader

What We Require:

  • Experience in sectional title property management and/or building maintenance management.
  • An honest and friendly team player who values collaboration.
  • Basic accounting skills for handling financial aspects related to property management.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • A commitment to providing 5-star customer service.
  • A willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.
  • A high standard of work and attention to quality.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
