Office Administrator for Mediclinic | onsite CT
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Perform general office administration
- Coordinate and administer documentation and correspondence
- Provide professional reception service
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
- Secretarial or office administration qualification
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years’ experience in an administrative/secretarial role.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- One year in the healthcare industry
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Minute taking
- Typing skills
- Telephone etiquette
- Administrative skills
- Formatting and styling of written communication (i.e. memos, letters, emails, study guides, mail merge)
- Stock Control
- Event planning and coordination
