Office Administrator for Mediclinic | onsite CT

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Perform general office administration 
  • Coordinate and administer documentation and correspondence 
  • Provide professional reception service

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:

  •  Secretarial or office administration qualification

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 years’ experience in an administrative/secretarial role.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • One year in the healthcare industry

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Minute taking
  • Typing skills
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Administrative skills
  • Formatting and styling of written communication (i.e. memos, letters, emails, study guides, mail merge)
  • Stock Control
  • Event planning and coordination
