As our Marketing & Partnerships Executive, you will play a key role in managing our social media presence, executing marketing strategies, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our Partners in maximising their visibility and bookings. This role requires someone proactive, independent, and ready to take ownership of their work.

Key Benefits:

  • Enjoy a 4-Day Workweek: We offer a four-day workweek (Monday to Thursday), giving you the chance to enjoy three-day weekends every week. This is a fantastic opportunity to maintain a great work-life balance while still earning a competitive income.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Tasks:

  • Create engaging Reels and TikToks using our existing content, ensuring they capture attention and maintain viewer interest.
  • Carry out email marketing campaigns using a platform similar to Mailchimp, creating engaging templates and newsletters for our audience.
  • Regularly research and share insights and strategies to help our Partners stay updated with the latest social media trends, enabling them to reach more potential customers and increase bookings.
  • Use basic graphic design skills with Canva to create visually appealing content for social media and other marketing purposes.
  • Have a beginner-level understanding of SEO, with a willingness to learn more and apply this knowledge, as we plan to focus on this area in the future. Time will be provided for training and skill development within your regular working hours.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the UK Retreats brand identity, maintaining consistency and strengthening brand presence across social media and marketing materials.

Admin Tasks:

  • Manage our website and web application, including adding properties, images, and descriptions, ensuring everything is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Identify potential new partners that align with our brand and reach out to them via email, introducing UK Retreats and sharing introductory offers. Maintain a record of outreach efforts and follow up as needed to encourage them to join our platform.
  • Use Photoshop and generative AI tools to ensure images are optimised for our web application, adjusting dimensions and quality as needed.
  • Organise and maintain content files, ensuring assets are easy to locate and utilise for marketing purposes.
  • Communicate regularly with Partners, providing support and guidance, and being comfortable engaging in meetings when needed.
  • Help develop and implement systems to streamline and automate workflows, using modern tools like Zapier or other similar applications, to ensure our backend operations are up-to-date and efficient.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a marketing/admin role is essential, with a solid understanding of social media management, content creation, and branding.
  • Branding Knowledge: Ability to maintain and enhance brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Software Knowledge: Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT for streamlining tasks and content creation. Experience with generative AI tools would be highly beneficial.
