We are seeking an experienced Lease Capturing Clerk to join our dynamic Property Management team! The ideal candidate will become part of the team who are responsible for processing all the lease applications as well as achieving the lease administration quality and accuracy targets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing and capturing leases (manual and electronic) for potential tenant
- Verifying and reviewing all required documentation, as well as capturing them onto the system
- Verifying affordability checks and credit vetting checks
- Resolving lease administration queries by conducting investigation, gathering information, resolving and updating it on the system
- Complete all required lease processes and administration
- Process of refunds and cancellations
- Process of tenant transfers
- Process tenant parking applications
- Process first invoice for billing to the tenant
- Maintaining the residential referral database
- Processing general credit queries
- General administrative support, manual and electronic
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- NQF Leve 4/5 in Administration
- 2 years lease administration experience is preferred
- Systems knowledge, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zendesk, Pandadoc’s and MDA
