Your role
- End-to-end oversight of the business cycle from initial inquiry generation through invoicing and collection of payments.
- •Installed base mapping on monthly basis for equipment’s sold to customers in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Identify new business opportunities through various internal and external sources.
- Consistent interaction with our external customers (Service team, MVI – Motor Vehicle Industry, GI – General Industry and Projects team).
- Day-to-day working in various CRM – Customer Relationship Management portals to manage sales pipeline.
- Plan and execute transformation plan of customers from reactive repairs to ToolCover Products demonstrating their benefits.
- Assist customers in maintaining appropriate levels of spare parts inventory.
- Ensure that all repairs and Preventative Maintenance are done including Maintenance kits, aligning with 1:1 ratio target.
- Prepare and manage database of Preventative Maintenance schedule, Calibration schedule for tools and quality assurance products.
- • Carry out tele-sales, mailer campaigns and generate leads for aftermarket.
- • Target at least one chargeable service intervention per annum with genuine Atlas Copco parts with every customer.
- • Increase the sales of service kits. oil kits and vane kits for pneumatic tools.
- • Provide required service sales support to our distributors and channel partners.

To succeed, you will need
• 2+ years of experience in selling products/solutions to customers.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Technical Knowledge.
• Service products knowledge.
• Proficient in PC skills (MS office, MS Excel, Power Point etc).
• Basic selling skills.
• Dynamic and motivated.
