Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Administrator located in Hilcrest. The Help Desk Administrator will be responsible for providing the best internal and external Customer service. Responding to calls and emails, capturing data and tokens in a pre defined time frame. Logging and escalating queries on our ticket system. Able to have a calm demeanor while responding to calls.

  • Experience in troubleshooting issues
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate
  • Excellent problem-solving
  • Willing to learn and grow
  • Minimum Grade 12
  • Degree or diploma advantageous
