MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To support the transformation of the business through the implementation and support of HR systems and processes across Mediclinic’s three operating divisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Project Implementation Support
- General Administration
- Create and maintain training material and facilitation
- Identify and test Success factors system configuration (Basic Testing)
- Systems Support
- Continuous Improvement and Quality Management
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
- Bachelor degree
- Computer literacy
DESIRED EDUCATION
- Teritary degree in HR, Industrial psychology, Commerce, Information Systems
