We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Studio Lead to join our team and ensure the accurate fulfilment of orders in Joburg. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working within and managing a team, has excellent communication skills and is excited to work within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Driver Management:

• Assisting with the hiring, onboarding and training of new drivers.
• Helping with delivery driver shift allocation and scheduling.

Order Picking:

• Accurately selecting items for customer orders based on order sheets.

Order Making/Assembly:

• Assembling orders to meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Load Checking:

• Conducting load checks to ensure all orders are complete and ready for delivery team collection.

Stock Box/Float:

• Managing stock boxes and floats to ensure drivers have necessary supplies on the road.

Facility Management:

• Assisting with the maintenance and organization of studio facilities.
• Assisting with inventory management.

Quality Control:

• Implementing and maintaining quality control processes to uphold the highest standards of products and services.

Shop Merchant:

• Assisting in managing the studio’s shop operations, including inventory management and customer service.

Weekend Staff:

• Supporting the recruitment and scheduling of weekend staff

Hiring & Training Events Teams:

• Assisting in the recruitment and training of events teams.

Satellite Studio Assistance

• Managing satellite studio stock boxes to ensure drivers have necessary supplies to complete orders.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A basic understanding of relevant delivery software and tools for order management.
• Insured vehicle and valid driving license. (stock collection etc)
