Festive Card Writer for Yuppiechef | Onsite CT

The customer experience is always at the front of our minds here at Yuppiechef and card writing is a tradition that has been in place since the very first parcel was shipped to our first real customer. We consider our cards to be an important part of our service offering and are looking for a team member to help us ensure well written, genuine and personal cards are created.
We are specifically looking for a festive card writer who can commit to the entire period of November and December 2024. If you are a hardworking and enthusiastic team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, then we should chat.
What this role looks like:
- Office-based role (Mondays – Fridays)
- Fulfilling customer card requests and business needs
- Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible
- Working in a collaborative manner across the Customer Support team
Who you are:
- Must live in an easily commutable vicinity of our head office in Westlake
- You feel energised when talking about food, cooking, entertaining and homeware
- Creative and imaginative and can draw on inspiration from various sources
- Remains calm under pressure- Enjoys the challenge of making repetitive tasks interesting and efficient
- Can effectively self-manage time and priorities
- A team player with a collaborative and supportive nature
- Comfortable working with computer-based systems
- Able to readily engage with colleagues – Excellent handwriting and language skills
- You have a strong sense of responsibility for creating a memorable experience and working alongside a team representing our retail brand in every way possible
What experience and skills you need for the role:
