Job Description:

Are you an organized and proactive individual with a knack for multitasking and attention to detail? We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Founder, and ensure the smooth operation of his daily activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Take complete ownership of Founders calendar, coordinating both personal and business appointments, ensuring optimal time management, and prioritizing essential meetings and events.
  • Email Management: Manage Founders email inbox, handling correspondence promptly and efficiently, drafting responses when necessary, and flagging urgent messages for his attention.
  • Communication Management: Maintain control over Founders Gchat, manage communication channels effectively, and ensure messages are relayed promptly and accurately.
  • Cancelation Management: Handle cancelations, rescheduling, and coordination of appointments and meetings using tools like MAILTRACK.IO, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to the Founders schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in calendar management, email correspondence, and Gchat communication platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with team members across departments.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software applications.
