About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to support our Founder and CEO with diary management and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organise CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate and confirm meeting logistics and travel arrangements
- Prioritise and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant, supporting Senior Leadership
- Must be tech-savvy with a quiet space to work at home
- Must have stable WiFi
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in G Suite and calendar management tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
