The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organising, and executing corporate sales events, employee socials, and the year-end function. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing event logistics, and ensuring the successful delivery of events that drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and foster employee engagement. Duties & Responsibilities1     Event Planning and Management
•    Plan and execute corporate sales events, including conferences, trade shows, seminars, product launches, and other promotional events. Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
•    Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and venues to ensure smooth execution
2     Employee Socials
•    Plan and organise employee social events, such as team-building activities, holiday parties, and recognition events
•    Develop event concepts that promote employee engagement and enhance company culture
•    Manage logistics for social events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation
3    Year-End Function
•    Plan and execute the annual year-end function, ensuring a memorable and impactful event for all employees
•    Collaborate with HR and senior management to align the event with company goals and values
•    Coordinate all aspects of the year-end function, from invitations and RSVPs to venue setup and post-event activities
4     Stakeholder Coordination
•    Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand event objectives and requirements
•    Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to negotiate contracts and secure services
•    Communicate with speakers, sponsors, and attendees to provide event details and support
5     Logistics and Operations
•    Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, registration, audio-visual equipment, catering, and transportation
•    Manage on-site event operations, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and addressing any issues promptly
•    Coordinate post-event activities, including breakdown and evaluation
6     Marketing and Promotion
•    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive event attendance
•    Manage event invitations, registrations, and attendee communications
•    Utilise social media and other channels to promote events and engage with the target audience
7     Budget Management
•    Prepare and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions
•    Provide regular reports on event expenditures and financial performance
8    Evaluation and Reporting
•    Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and assess event success
•    Compile and present detailed reports on event outcomes, including attendance, engagement, and ROI
