Job Description
Callnovo is seeking a full-time Remote English Customer Support Specialist for an indoor planting machine account. This position is responsible for providing top-tier customer support to our American clientele.
Work Shift:
3 pm to 11 pm EST Wednesday to Friday
9 am to 5 pm EST Saturday to Sunday
Off – Monday & Tuesday
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Answer customer inquiries about indoor planting and general agricultural practices.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide voice support services.
- With experience in Shopify
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Comfortable working remotely and have a reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to work in the US time zones.
