Data Capturer for Media24 | Onsite JHB

 Jonathan Ball Publishers a division of Media24 (Pty)Ltd based in Denver, Johannesburg is looking for a Data Capturer in the Returns Department, reporting to the Team Leader.

Duties for this position:

• Capture and allocate Returns Authorizations.
• Liaise with customers with regards to queries as well as ensuring that RAs are sent.
• Relieve other staff members within the department.
• Maintain an efficient filing system. General departmental functions.

Requirements/Experience:

• Grade 12.
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Fluency in English (read, speak and write).
• Efficient and deadline driven.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to work under pressure.
• Team player.
