Customer Support Agent for Neusoft | Remote SA

For one of our dynamic clients, we are currently looking for Customer Support Agents with solid skills in any of the following languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian.

What you’ll be doing

  • – Promptly answer to customer requests regarding reported problems.
  • – Escalate specific problems to relevant colleagues.
  • – Look for alternative solutions for problems.
  • – Continuously improve service quality, taking into account the feedback and suggestions from the client.
  • – Follow procedures while being flexible at the same time, so that the customer satisfaction is the primary focus.
  • – Follow pre-established procedures for solving the problems in due time and in the correct manner, or allocate the problems to other involved departments.
  • – Request the client for information (documents, print screens) for a better understanding of the reported issues.
  • – Administrative activities in client management: input of cases into customer management platforms, other administrative activities regarding case management and tracking of documents received from customers.
  • – Demonstrate the understanding of the clients’ business needs and keep clients’ satisfaction degree high.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of one of the following languages at a medium – advanced level (B2-C1), writing and speaking: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian.
  • PC and MS Office skills.
  • Good communication and customer relations skills.
  • Problem-solving skills, eagerness and easiness to find solutions to customer’s problems.
  • Ability to quickly react to customer requests.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Proactivity.
  • Managing the relationship with the client by efficiently monitoring the allocated communication channels.
  • Willingness to search for the required information from the customer, with a strong focus on solving client’s requests.

It’s considered to be a plus

Previous working experience in a Call Center/Customer Service Center represents a considerable advantage.
