Job Type: Full-time with a 3-month probation period and an excellent opportunity for growth and commissions.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Global Fashion Trend Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive research on global fashion trends, emerging styles, and consumer preferences.
  • Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities and threats in the fashion industry.
  • Utilize insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Consultative Selling:

  • Articulate the unique value proposition of our products or services to prospective clients.
  • Listen attentively to understand client needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
  • Build rapport and trust with clients through effective communication and demonstration of expertise.

Meeting and Presentation:

  • Coordinate and schedule virtual or in-person meetings with potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Adapt presentation style to suit the preferences and needs of diverse audiences.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-up communications.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Market & Trend Research:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Monitor shifts in consumer behavior and preferences to anticipate future demand.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities based on market insights and analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Prior experience and knowledge in one or more of the following industries: garment manufacturing, fabric merchandising, cut-make-trim (CMT), fabric, textile, and/or fashion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Compensation: Industry and Experience related. Basic + Commision

  • Must have your own car for travel and be based locally
