What we’re looking for:

Revenx is looking for a remarkable Senior Customer Success Specialist. This is an amazing opportunity to get in early with an agency that is growing rapidly with a vision to become massive – and the experience in having done so previously to back it up. This is a fully remote position.

This person will be client-facing as well as interfacing with our fulfillment team. Your primary success will be based on clients hitting benchmarks as well as building strong relationships with clients which leads them to stay with us longer. Your target churn rate is to be under 3%.

You’ll need to be technically proficient to leverage Hubspot (our CRM) as well as help clients using Calendly (part of our fulfillment).

You’ll be ramping up to manage up to 75-125 clients to help them successfully use the appointments that we generate for them. Experience with sales/sales support is a plus. Experience in the insurance/financial industry is a plus.

Top-level English proficiency (it’s vital clients easily understand you).

Salary & Growth Opportunities:

  • This role will range between $12000/year – $24,000/year
  • You’ll be working with the Customer Success Manager as you take on these functions.
  • You’ll be assigned current and new clients to manage.
  • You’ll be measured on the churn rate of clients assigned as well as the number of reviews/case studies/testimonials generated.

The Ideal candidate has:

Communication/Relationship Skills: You’ll be working with clients to ensure that they are as successful as possible with our program. This includes setting correct expectations from the get-go, and building strong relationships with clients to view us as more than just a vendor. Working with the internal fulfillment team to collaborate as needed to help resolve client requests.

Problem-solving Ability: We need people who are willing to “figure it out” and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you, we are. But only when you encounter a problem that you truly can’t solve. You’re expected to bring more to the table than expected and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way.

Technical Proficiency: You’ll need to work with a variety of software systems and be able to help clients with technical issues.

Make sure you’re comfortable with:

  • Remote working
  • All jobs start with a 90-day trial to make sure that we’re the right fit for each other
  • Daily training is required. We train intensively during your first 30 days and even after that daily training is something that, if you don’t do, will be grounds for termination.
  • Daily all team Google Meet huddles at 9 am EST.
