Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Agent. The Client Services Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, managing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and resolving telephone/ Voicemail queries
  • Responding to web or email queries
  • Take appropriate action such as updating personal details or sending policy documents to clients
  • Undertake to resolve 80% of queries at the first point of contact
  • Assist with Service requests on various social media platforms
  • Service on instant messaging platforms
  • Retain customers who wish to cancel
  • Selling or handling queries regarding insurance and related products and services

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 is Essential
  • ITC Clear
  • No Criminal Record
  • Multi-Lingual Advantageous
  • Must be eligible to go on the REP register and be willing to work towards FAIS qualifications
  • Advanced Microsoft Office, including Excel, word and Outlook
  • Business writing skills
  • Experienced in working in a frontline customer service environment
  • Must pass relevant assessments related to product offerings
