Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Think outside the box to develop innovative solutions for customer challenges.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers across various channels.
  • Manage tasks efficiently using task management systems to ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Remain calm and in control when dealing with difficult customers, ensuring positive outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Recent employment in customer service within the last 3 months.
  • Strong passion for customer service and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Chrome and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with task management systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • Friendly demeanour with the ability to remain assertive and professional.
  • Own transport is essential.
