As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service throughout their journey with Wamly.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, drive retention, and cultivate strong relationships.

You will be responsible for:

  • Customer onboarding, growth, retention, and issue resolution
  • Implementing customer-related initiatives
  • Centralising and analysing customer feedback and data
  • Developing and implementing tools and processes to understand customers, e.g., satisfaction and engagement surveys, personas, and journey mapping

What you need to apply:

  • Degree or Diploma in the field of HR, Industrial Psychology or a related field
  • Related customer satisfaction experience within an HR and/or SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilise various tools and systems (e.g., Google Suite, CRM systems – we use Monday.com).
  • Consulting experience would be ideal
