Key ResponsibilitiesWhat will you gain exposure to?

The purpose of the role is to engage with existing Sage customers. Help our customers understand the contact paths and address any outstanding issues. In addition, the customer services agent will provide solutions to advisors, partners and alliances on various technical issues and problems relating to product.

Summary of your Day to Day

• Call customers and update internal systems
• Address any outstanding issue on the customer’s account
• Educate the customer on who to reach out to solve issues.
• Educate on how to use the IVR
• Deliver timeous communication to the Customer Experience leads on any trends picked up during conversation

Requirements for the role

• Computer literate
• Good understanding of customers in the Accounting, Payroll & HR environment ·
• Must demonstrate good interpersonal skills and work with internal and external customers.
• Good communicator

Our Intern recruitment process:

If successful, you’ll join a shortlist of candidates for the assessment centre. This is a full-day virtual event taking place in July 2024. The assessment centre is a great opportunity for you to let your talents shine and showcase your skills! It’s a mixture of team and individual activities, so you can show us what you’re made of. From there, we will consider you for the apprenticeship position.
