Role Overview:

The Customer Enablement Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients are knowledgeable and proficient in using Rossum. This role involves creating and managing customer-facing documentation, developing educational materials, and organizing training sessions. The ultimate goal is to enhance product adoption, facilitate smooth onboarding processes, and support internal teams by providing reusable resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Customer Learning Journey:
    • Create and implement a structured learning journey to enhance product adoption and ensure clients maximize the benefits of Rossum.
  • Manage Documentation Creation Process:
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive, user-friendly customer-facing documentation.
  • Prepare Customer-Facing Documentation:
    • Create clear, detailed guides, FAQs, and support documents to assist clients in understanding and utilizing all features of Rossum.
  • Develop Educational Materials:
    • Design and produce engaging educational materials, including tutorials, how-to videos, and interactive content, to support client learning.
  • Organize and Host Trainings and Webinars:
    • Plan, coordinate, and conduct training sessions and webinars to educate clients on Rossum features, updates, and best practices.
  • Organize Internal Enablement:
    • Facilitate internal training sessions and provide resources for customer-facing teams to ensure they are equipped to support and advise clients effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer enablement, customer technical support or similar role.
  • Experience in building and managing comprehensive knowledge bases
  • Strong organizational skills and project management knowledge.
  • Ability to create engaging and informative educational materials.
  • Experience in hosting training sessions and webinars, and comfortable conducting them with confidence and ease.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Experience in using documentation and content creation tools.
  • Familiarity with the Intelligent Document Processing sector is a plus.
