Coordinator for NSF | Remote SA

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks 

• Work closely with key accounts, clients, and auditors to ensure that all audits are scheduled efficiently and effectively. Meaning that travel and auditor fatigue are minimized.
• Work closely with colleagues to determine auditor resource needs.
• Maintain and update databases.
• Make flight and car rental bookings through travel agent.
• Work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure that monthly budget is reached.

The success criteria of the role: 

• Auditors, key accounts, and clients love you.
• Clients are loyal to NSF because they have a seamless and simple scheduling experience.
• Key accounts are delighted with NSF’s service, and don’t think twice about bringing more business to us.
• You chase and persuade existing, potential, and lost clients to partner with NSF.
• You represent NSF at key client meetings and events.
• Queries are answered quickly, within 48 hours at the latest.
• Deliverables are within NSF and scheme owner timelines.
• Budgeted audit count is reached monthly.
• Auditors’ schedules are optimized to increase utilization and reduce travel costs.
• Audits are booked within 2 days of registration.
• Travel is booked 1 month in advance.
