Collections Administrator for TFG | Onsite CT (1 yr exp)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to internal and external customers within SLA
  • Responding to queries and complaints with first time resolutions
  • Urgent customer requests/complaints escalated timeously to the relevant role players
  • Analysing types of complaints and queries coming through
  • Working on various Email boxes and Multiskilling
  • When required, provide assistance within the relevant areas to ensure achievement of SLA’s (UAD)
  • Being able to work in a team and also individually
  • To perform / carry out any other reasonable requests that may be required from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric qualification
  • 1 years’ experience in an administrative role [advantageous]
  • Experience in an Administration role
