Collections Administrator for TFG | Onsite CT (1 yr exp)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to internal and external customers within SLA
- Responding to queries and complaints with first time resolutions
- Urgent customer requests/complaints escalated timeously to the relevant role players
- Analysing types of complaints and queries coming through
- Working on various Email boxes and Multiskilling
- When required, provide assistance within the relevant areas to ensure achievement of SLA’s (UAD)
- Being able to work in a team and also individually
- To perform / carry out any other reasonable requests that may be required from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric qualification
- 1 years’ experience in an administrative role [advantageous]
- Experience in an Administration role
