Client Engagement Specialist for GoCanvas | Remote SA (HOURS: 3PM-11PM SAST)

The Role
-This position is open to South Africa applicants only
-Required hours are 3pm-11pm SAST

We are looking for a Client Engagement Specialist who is responsible for the development and support of our service offerings including mobile form development, reporting, and analytics. This role will entail transforming customer requirements into complete solutions that increase the value our customers derive from the GoCanvas’ products. There will be numerous opportunities to provide a significant impact on the organization. We need someone who finds solutions to challenging problems — a team player that is both independently capable and collaborative. 

You should be excited about delivering the optimal experience to our customers.  Our ideal teammates are constantly looking to learn something new and become better at what they do — whether that means doing self-driven research or asking other individuals questions where they are most knowledgeable.

Your Most Important Initiatives:

  • Design and develop custom mobile forms, reports, and dashboards to meet customer requirements
  • Deliver projects within expected project timelines
  • Keep project notes and status updated within project tools according to team processes
  • Communicate with the team regarding any questions, roadblocks, and challenges that arise during project development
